What a busy start to Term 3!

Oh my goodness I can hardly catch my breath. Such a busy start to Term 3!
How is your Cantamath preparation going? Is anyone going to enter a piece of CantaArt in the 2D design competition?
Who is planning on going skiing?

Year 7 topic- “ We can be proud of New Zealand” (2 and half min)

Year 8 topic- “ Competition is a good thing” (3 minutes)

Germany wins the World Cup Final!!

So who was German in our class Sweep Stack? I owe you a chocolate fish or two!!

Electronic Afternoon

Tomorrow afternoon Thursday 3rd of July,  Room 17 will be having an electronic afternoon for those students who are up to date with their work. Students are invited to bring their own devices (and charges if necessary) for use from 1.30-3pm. The devices must only be used by the owner (no swapping). I will be locking the class all day during breaks etc. Please take care getting your devices to and from school as the responsibility is yours.
Remember that tomorrow is the House Book Character event in Lesson 2 and 3 so dress up as your favourite book character. All students dressed up will earn 20 house points for their house.
